vbd9 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Play

1.1 Age and Identity

To register a vbd9 account you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Playing on vbd9 by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You are acting as a principal and not as an agent on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor or close relative of any employee of vbd9 or its group companies.
• You have provided accurate and complete information during registration, including your real name, date of birth and registered Bangladeshi mobile number.

1.2 KYC Verification

vbd9 is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawals. This process ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) requires you to submit a valid government-issued identification document such as a National ID Card (NID), passport or driver's licence. vbd9 may request additional documentation if the initial submission is insufficient to confirm your identity. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or account closure. All documents submitted for KYC are stored and processed in accordance with the vbd9 Privacy Policy.

3.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. vbd9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Accepted payment methods for players in Bangladesh include:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Deposits via these methods credit instantly to your Taka wallet.
• Debit and credit cards: Visa and Mastercard, subject to card issuer approval.
• All amounts are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees for Taka deposits.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit screen within your account. vbd9 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable prior notice.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a regulatory requirement and cannot be waived.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. vbd9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not registered in your name.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal that includes bonus-derived funds can be processed. If you request a withdrawal before meeting rollover, the associated bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and legal action where applicable:

• Opening more than one vbd9 account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, access the Platform or exploit any aspect of the service in a way not available to ordinary players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures, including but not limited to chip dumping, match-fixing, or cooperative bonus farming.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, money laundering, or any other criminal activity. vbd9 is required by applicable law to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from any part of the Platform, its software, game content, or intellectual property.

vbd9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, to withhold any balance pending investigation, and to share information with relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

7.1 Service Availability

vbd9 strives to make the Platform available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond vbd9's reasonable control including telecommunications network failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. vbd9 will not be liable for any losses — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of wagering opportunity — arising from any period of Platform unavailability, provided that vbd9 takes reasonable steps to restore service promptly.

7.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vbd9 excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether vbd9 was advised of the possibility of such damages. vbd9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.1 Amendments to These Terms

vbd9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a proposed change is material — meaning it could reasonably be expected to disadvantage a player — vbd9 will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice by email to your registered email address or by a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material changes (for example, corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of a clause, or additions of new optional features) may take effect immediately without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. If you do not accept an amendment, you may close your account before the amendment takes effect by contacting [email protected].

9.2 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. vbd9 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance. Players with a complaint should contact [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute. vbd9 aims to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
